Rope skipping (also referred to as Jumping Rope) is a staple in a boxer’s conditioning program.

Jumping rope is fun. There are always new footwork patterns that you can lern, develop and practice. You can purchase a quality jump rope for $10 or less. You will not find a more effective conditioning tool for less than $10. To top it off, you can easily pack a jump rope and your mobile boxing trainer with you no matter where you travel.
And so you use your Mobile Boxing Trainer for Rope Skipping:
Choose Rope Skipping Olympic or Professional Boxing Mode and select your preferred exercise with 3 min. rounds or 2 min. rounds with 1 min. rest or your own interval in the i3 program - for instance 3 min. rounds with 30 se. rest.
Start directly (if you´re in the trainer only position) or within a preparation period of 10 seconds. Place your mobile phone in a viewing distance (maximum 10 meters) press <enter> to start and you have 10 seconds to prepare and position yourself for precisely timed training sessions and begin your workout with the start signal.
Another way to use Rope Skipping is to combine it with other exercises - the MTS PRO 1.0 gives you a preprogrammed trainig session in combination of pushups with rope skipping in the Olympic and Professional Boxing mode´s. You can choose them and have a program with 4 times pushups (5 or 10) in every round combined with ropeskipping.
