Sparring will improve timing, reactions, and combination punching. Sparring is the most important aspect of boxing training.
Competition Preparation Training - To improve as a boxer, you must step inside the ring to box.
Partner Training - The focus is on timing, technics, tactics, reactions and combination punching
Handicap Training - The focus is on skill development and timing power while sparring with different fresh opponents
And so you use your Mobile Boxing Trainer MTS for Sparring:
Choose Sparring Olympic or Professional Boxing Mode and select your preferred sparring mode with 3 min. rounds or 2 min. rounds with 1 min. rest or 2/3 min. rounds with 30 se. rest.
Start directly (if you´re in the trainer only position) or within a preparation period of 10 seconds. Place your mobile phone in a viewing distance (maximum 10 meters) press <enter> to start and you have 10 seconds to put on your glove and prepare and position yourself for precisely timed training sessions and begin the sparring with the start signal.
The MTS is the digital gym timer with authentic bell sounds to make your sparring or boxing bouts clear cut, all you have to do is work hard within the time patterns...
When the bell rings, go! When the bell rings again, stop or change...
Round numbers are also clear to see when using fight mode, right beside your countdown. There are sadly no virtual girls holding the cards but we intend to develop alongside the constant growth of technology, watch this space!
As you train you can quickly glance at the seconds counting down to know that if you are tiring you can see that you only have a certain amount of time to hold out before the bell rings and you can change your training or have a rest from sparring thus giving you that little push towards the end of your round...
The more sparring you have, the more experience you will have boxing against different styles.
